Standing straight, your arms are at sides when your feet slightly wider than shoulder-width apart.

Push your hips back and bend your knees, keeping your chin and chest up.

Make sure your knees do not bow inward or outward, bringing your arms in front of you in a comfortable position and extend your legs and return to the starting position.

It takes completion in 20 reps and 3 sets.

3. Pushups:

It is also one of the wonderful exercises in cardiovascular exercises. The pushup is effective because your bodyweight moves and the number of muscles are required to perform them.

Start as drop down to your knees, bend your elbows down to the floor. Extend your elbow when your chest grazes, during movement keep your elbows close to your body.

You can complete it in as many reps as possible.

4. Bent-over Row

All the major muscles of the upper back work in this exercise.

It is also one of the good forms of exercise in which you stand straight then bend your knees and make flex forward at the hips.

Moves slowly and hold the dumbbell beneath your shoulder with your hands. Lift both hands toward your body pause and then slowly lose your hands to the starting position.

The beginners of this exercise should perform the move without weight. This exercise helps you a lot in maintaining your weight and keep you fit.
